Titled A Tale of Two Governments: Church Discipline, the Courts, and the Separation of Church and State, and written by Robert Renaud and Lael Weinberger, this work — which gives churches an historic, legal, and biblical blueprint for navigating through a maze of legal challenges — has been endorsed by a wide range of noted evangelicals, including Dr. Rick Scarborough, Founder of Vision America; Kelly Shackelford, Chief Counsel for Liberty Institute; and R.C.
