The Hall of Fame awards are presented to human resource professionals for their outstanding lifetime accomplishments and/or contributions to the human resources community. This award is given in recognition of their service to the human resource profession, leadership in the business community and service to the civic community. The NCSHRM State Council honored the 2012 award recipients at a luncheon held on Sept. 20 during the NCSHRM State Conference.
With more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits, business development and business consulting fields, Forbes works with clients to analyze their benefit plan and design a plan of action to support their objectives for recruiting and retaining employees. She serves as one of the lead consultants for HCW and uses her extensive knowledge and skills to help support and define HCW as one of the leading mid-market benefits consulting firms in North Carolina. Forbes is a past president and board member of the Triangle Society of HR Management and serves on the board of the NCSHRM State Council.
