Allview Takes Advantage of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and Launches a New Tablet PC, at IAW Cologne
Romanian company Allview has announced, at the IAW Trade Fair, the availability of Android 4.1 Jelly Bean OS on its tablet PCs.

Smart App Updates ensure that only the parts of an application that have changed will be downloaded when the user updates it, saving on time, bandwidth, and battery when updating apps.
