A native of Chardon, Ohio, Halloran received her bachelor’s degree in business management from Lakeland College in Kirkland, Ohio. She also received her A+, Net+ and Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certifications from TechSkills in Raleigh. Halloran previously held healthcare, sales, management and entrepreneurial positions at other companies in the Triangle area. She resides in Apex, N.C. with her two rescue dogs.
