KMK Acquires More Acreage on the Pines Spillway Prospect

Marion County, TX, September 28, 2012 --(PR.com)-- According to Ken Kleinke, the Company’s Owner, Operator, and Managing Venturer, “We got this prime acreage to accommodate a multi-well development project on the Pines Spillway Prospect - the first of which will be the Benton No. 1 Well.” In the time since the Company has secured these tracts, most (if not all by now) of the leasable property around the Company’s position has been purchased by some of the most prominent players in oil and gas.

KMK Oil and Gas, Inc. announced on Wednesday that it has tied-down an additional 112 acres on the Pines Spillway Prospect in Marion Co., TX. This acquisition stands as an addition to the 700 plus net-acres already acquired by KMK.
