Vista Realty Partners Begins Construction on 151 Units in Metro Atlanta

Atlanta, GA, July 08, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Vista Realty Partners, in a joint venture, announces the groundbreaking for its most recent community in the Metro Atlanta area. Edgewater Vista, a 151 unit garden style apartment community located in Dekalb County, will provide luxury rental homes to the rapidly growing City of Decatur. The $12.9 million dollar project was financed by an $11.6M Construction loan from Regions Bank, N.A.

Edgewater Vista is located on Lumby Drive, just north of I-285 in Decatur, Georgia. The gated community will include spacious one two and three bedroom units and will feature a walking trail, pool access, business center, and state of the art fitness center. Its access to I-285 and its proximity to Downtown Atlanta provides for a convenient commute to Atlanta's business districts. Units will be available for rent in the first quarter of 2008.
