Pegasus TransTech Wins Top Honors in Business Contest
Tampa, FL, October 04, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Pegasus TransTech has been named the 2012 Small Business of the Year by the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce. The award was announced September 28 during a ceremony held at the Tampa Convention Center and was accepted by Pegasus TransTech’s CEO and Chairman Bob Helms.

The 2012 Small Business of the Year Awards honor Tampa businesses employing fewer than 250 people. To be considered for the award, a Tampa business has to participate in a 3-step judging process that spans an eight month period. Companies are evaluated on financial success, community involvement, and ethical business practices.
The Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce has conducted the Small Business of the Year awards since 1981.
