Firmadge W. Crutchfield, Esq., Joins Planet Technologies as COO and General Counsel

Crutchfield, Esq., has joined the company as Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel. Crutchfield will oversee the evolution of the company’s corporate infrastructure with a focus on finance and accounting, processes, procedures and operations.

Crutchfield comes to Planet with more than 20 years of experience building high growth organizations in the areas of operations, finance and administration, business development, bid and proposal efforts, law and risk management. His expertise includes strategic and tactical oversight of all major functional areas of business entities with particular emphasis on SBA chartered corporations operating in the Federal IT sector. He joins Planet most recently from Digital Management, Inc., where he was President of Energy Services for this IT provider.
