Rembrandt Hotel Hosted Argentine Wine Dinner
Bangkok, Thailand, October 07, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Rembrandt Hotel together with Central Wine Cellar and the Familia Zuccardi vineyard were delighted to host an unforgettable Argentine wine dinner on Monday, October 1st at da Vinci Italian restaurant, 4th floor of Rembrandt Hotel.
All guests were welcomed with a wine and canapé reception with a live barbeque cooking station by Chef Matias Aldasoro at the poolside. The event highlighted exquisite Argentine barbeque served family style with a selection of Prime Argentinean beef, choripan, goat and lamb, paired with three choices of specially prepared Argentine sauces and salads at da Vinci Italian restaurant. Guests also enjoyed imported wines of Santa Julia and Zuccardi for an exclusive Argentine dining experience.
Jamie Miller, Rembrandt Hotel’s Hotel Manager, began the evening’s festivities by delivering a welcome speech to all of the honored guests and introduced visiting Chef Matias Aldasoro from Santa Julia and Zuccardi wines. This was followed by a speech from Chef Matias and the Vice President of Central Wine Cellar, Ross Edward Marks, explained the wines.
Chef Matias Aldasoro has a wide range of cooking and training experience both in Argentina and internationally. His experience at five star restaurants and hotels allows Chef Aldasoro to manipulate fine ingredients into a unique culinary journey.
Familia Zuccardi is a family company founded in 1963 by Engineer Alberto Zuccardi. Forty five years later, there are three generations joined by a passion for wine.
They highly have a strong commitment to achieve the highest of quality standards as well as develop the sustainable policies that contribute to environmental care to the community.
