Ms. Cummins also advises on wealth transfer tax planning for gifts, trusts, estates, and other high net worth taxpayer and probate cases for 501(c) fund raising. Prior to her six years in-house with the National Rifle Association, Emily Cummins worked for Wachovia (Wells Fargo) and Ernst & Young LLP.
