San Antonio, TX, October 15, 2012 --(PR.com)-- In its largest transaction to date, Accountable Healthcare Holdings Corp., (“AHS”) a provider of quality healthcare staffing solutions, announced this morning that it closed on the purchase of San Antonio based Medrec Inc, a 30+ year old healthcare staffing and recruitment company that specializes in placing therapy skill sets to healthcare facilities and institutions across the nation.
