Central Park N.C. Releases Podcast Exploring the Yadkin River’s Economic Impact
Nonprofit Executive Director Nancy Gottovi Discusses Financial Implications of an Essential North Carolina Waterway

(http://centralparknc.org/), a nonprofit organization designed to promote a new economy based on the sustainable use of natural resources in eight counties in Central North Carolina, has announced the release of a podcast with Executive Director Nancy Gottovi about the tremendous economic impact the Yadkin River provides to the state.
In the podcast, Gottovi talks about the Yadkin River’s potential for providing employment opportunities, as well as energy creation and economic development if the state can recapture its usage rights to the river. North Carolina can use money generated by the dams on the Yadkin River to attract great businesses and put more than 30,000 people back to work.
