Birthday Deals in Ann Arbor with the Best Digital Agency Around
August 3 was the birthday of Ingenex Digital Marketing CEO, Derek Mehraban. He turned 40 and so did the Digital Bus, a fully restored 1972 VW bus that symbolizes all that is good and is the mascot for the digital marketing blog by Ingenex. To celebrate this birthday milestone the Ingenex team loaded into the bus, and proceeded to get as many birthday deals as possible in one workday in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
Ann Arbor, MI, October 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Ann Arbor is famous for its birthday deals. In fact there are too many for one person (or team of people) to experience in one day. That being said, the Ingenex Digital Marketing team left their Ann Arbor office on an early August 3, 2012 morning to experience all the birthday deals they could find in Ann Arbor.
Using the locally-edited ArborWiki’s birthday deals page as a guide, Mehraban and the Ingenex Digital Marketing team loaded into the Digital Bus and intrepidly scoured Ann Arbor for as many free birthday treats as they could find. A number of Ann Arbor businesses generously provided free food and drinks to celebrate the important birthday. The day started at Northside Grill for some breakfast, then to the FOUND Gallery to pick out free birthday candles, TeaHaus for iced tea, Cupcake Station for mini cupcakes, Schakolad for truffles, Ben & Jerry’s for an ice cream break, Cake Nouveau for even more truffles, RoosRoast for some locally-roasted coffee, and finally, Bubble Island for free bubble tea.
“RoosRoast was my favorite stop of the day,” said Ingenex Account Coordinator, Lauren Schneider, “because they were so excited to see the Digital Bus. Everyone was so friendly, the coffee was great, and I didn’t stop laughing the entire time we were there.”
Not to mention the Octobike ride - “Chasing after the Octobike was probably the best part of the day for me," said Erin K. O'Neill, Ingenex Content Producer and videographer on the project. "I may have looked ridiculous running after a bike with eight people on it while filming, but it was a fun challenge."
