SparkLAN WUBT-134GN 11n Low Power Consumption Mini USB Module with RTL8188CUS Targeting Portable Embedded Solution
SparkLAN WUBT-134GN 802.11b/g/n USB module, embedded with Realtek RTL8188CUS chipset, supports 802.11n 1Tx1R technology and delivers data rates up to 150Mbps.
Taipei, Taiwan, October 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- SparkLAN Communications, Inc., a broadband wireless networking solution provider introduces wireless 802.11n Single-Band USB module, which is embedded with Realtek RTL8188CUS chipset. It is designed to offer stable throughput performance, cost effective, low power consumption solution for mobile embedded systems.
SparkLAN WUBT-134GN USB module is a wireless 802.11b/g/n USB module based on Realtek RTL8188CUS chipset in a compact size (25mm x 12mm x 2mm). With 1T1R (1-stream) technology, it delivers reliable wireless PHY data rates up to 150Mbps to an extended distance. The module consists of two different antenna configurations (chip antenna or U.FL connector) and DC power input (5V or 3.3V). With the possibilities of different combinations of antennas and DC power input, the manufactures or designers have a variety of choices with higher flexibility based on their requirements.
By supporting 64/128-bits WEP, WPA, and WPA2 encryption, WUBT-134GN USB module helps create a safe wireless network to protect data and privacy. The module also consumes a very low power while in operation (Max. 125mA), which reduces power consumption to achieve energy efficiency. WUBT-134GN is pin compatible with castellation on the edges for I/O connection so module can be soldered on customer’s device typically on a SMT production line. It’s the ideal choice for applications that require high quality-consistency, low power usage, superior power management, and small dimension, such as mobile and handheld devices. Driver is available for Windows, Linux, and Android by request.
Key Feature:
*Chipset: Realtek RTL8188CUS
*802.11b/g/n 2.4GHz
*Bus Interface: USB 2.0
*Antenna: 1 x chip antenna or 1 x U.FL connector, 1T1R
*Wireless connection up to 150Mbps
*Low Power Consumption (Max. 125mA)
*Enhanced wireless security: 64/128-bits WEP, WPA, WPA2
*Driver Support: Windows, Linux, Android by request
