Artezio Confirmed the Compliance of Its Quality Management System with International ISO Standards Again
Moscow, Russia, October 13, 2012 --(PR.com)-- International company Intercertifika-TÜV jointly with TÜV Thüringen for the 10th time audited the quality management system of Artezio. The company again confirmed its compliance with international standards ISO.
The ISO 9000 family of standards is a series of international standards. These standards describe the requirements for a quality management system of organizations and companies. More than 190 countries have adopted ISO 9000 as national. An ISO certificate is not a once-and-for-all award, but must be renewed at regular intervals recommended by the certification body, usually ones a year. The current version of standards “ISO 9001:2008” has the newest requirements for quality management systems. Different companies of any size or industry focus use this version.
Auditors of Intersertifika prepared a detailed report about all the changes made to the quality management system since the last audit. In addition, experts commended the company's policy in the area of quality and compliance. Last year the company implemented a new еtime management system ART-Time, which is the internal Artezio’s software solution; updated the following project management practices: “Accounting of Contacts and Lids in Jira,” “Examples of Project Risks,” “Recruiting for the Project,” “Organization of Business Trips.” Artezio also deployed the SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) Exams Simulator, and enhanced its project management and collaboration systems:, JIRA was updated to version 5.0.5, and WIKI was updated to version 4.2.3. The company joined Oracle Partnership Program.
"Our team carried out the full internal audit, as well as the analysis of the functioning of the quality management system (QMS) in Artezio. We can say that the company acts in accordance with the current legislation. Supervisory audit revealed that the organization's QMS is fully compliant the the requirements of ISO 9001,"- says Larisa Evuthova, Team Audit Intercertifika.
It’s worth mentioning that Artezio got its first ISO certificate in 2003. In 2009 the company’s QMS was fundamentally changed and enhanced and allowed Artezio to pass the audit for the latest version of ISO standards - ISO 9001:2008, as well as successfully confirm the certificate in 2010 and 2011. Thus the audit performed in September 2012 is the third surveillance audit after the certificate renovation.
