Friendly’s solution enables MTN to remotely manage and automate broadband service activation, troubleshooting and problem resolution to make customer interactions easy, efficient and effective.
By using the Friendly Support Center Solution (also called the Friendly CSR), MTN’s Customer Support Representatives (CSRs) are able to handle larger number of calls, resolve problems quickly and manage complex services − significantly reducing support costs. Printec, a leading telecommunication systems integrator, will be consulting, integrating and supporting MTN in its implementation of the Friendly's solution.
