Lakeshore Audiovisual Names John Kavanagh Vice President of Business Development
Thirty-year industry veteran will enhance client experience.
Chicago, IL, October 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Lakeshore Audiovisual, Inc. (LSAV) recently named John Kavanagh Vice President of Business Development. The announcement was made by Michael Giglio, President of the Chicago based corporate communications leader in audiovisual staging, special events and conventions.
Kavanagh joins LSAV with over 30 years industry experience; 27 of those years at Show Department (Chicago). Kavanagh served in numerous capacities at Show Department: sales, show management, general manager, technical direction, client development and ultimately as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. John began his career at Audio Visual Techniques and prior to that, he spent four years at the Old Town Players Theater starting as a lighting apprentice and moved into technical direction and stage management.
At LSAV, Kavanagh will focus on building client relationships and sales, enhancing the client sales experience, developing brand recognition and strategic growth. He will continue to work with clients in both a project management and technical direction role.
