Chicago-Based Handbag Designer Transforms Trendy Into Classic While Revealing Her Wild Side
Brynn Capella steps out of her comfort zone, but not too far, by embracing color-blocking trends, metallic and exotic leathers in her “A Starry Night” Collection debuting in November.

Capella was inspired to add new and exciting design details to some of her classic shapes that add eye-catching glamour that woman of all ages can agree upon. By using an on trend color palette of silver and gold metallic snakeskin, fuchsia, caramel tan, dark grays and creamy ivory in rich Italian leather, brocades and tweeds, she created a collection that is sure to sparkle all year long.
Holidays are a time for celebration, parties, sparkle and shine, cocktails, and the magic of the night. With names like On the Rocks, Greyhound, Straight Up, and Cosmopolitan Pink, the colors beautifully embody a fun and glamorous edge with a classic sensibility and a pop of pink inside every bag. The mini-crossbody, Sophie, was updated for the holidays with an adjustable chain and leather strap combo, which was also added to the popular over-sized clutch, Heather. So now it can transition directly from the office into the night seamlessly.
The new Holiday collection appropriately titled “A Starry Night” will be available in November, online and at all retail outlets. Fixture, in Roscoe Village (Chicago, IL) is celebrating with the debut trunk show of the season on November 10th. Capella, also, celebrates her fourth year at the popular One of a Kind Show at the Merchandise Mart on Dec. 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th.
