Meniscus Magazine Chosen as Media Sponsor for San Diego Asian Film Festival

San Diego, CA, October 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Meniscus Magazine (www.meniscuszine.com), an online arts and entertainment magazine, was chosen as an official media sponsor for the 13th annual San Diego Asian Film Festival (SDAFF) for the third straight year. The festival, which runs from Nov. 1-9, 2012, has expanded to several venues across the city, and will feature a combination of Asian and Asian American cinema throughout.

For the 2012 SDAFF, Meniscus is involved with the following major events:

“CHIPS” (Nov. 2, 6:45 p.m.): Scheduled to screen at the SDAFF’s main venue, the UltraStar Mission Valley Theater, Meniscus will co-present “CHIPS,” a film by Yoshihiro Nakamura that was filmed in Sendai, at the heart of the Tohoku region in Japan, mere months after the 2011 earthquake. Tickets to this screening can be purchased at festival.sdaff.org.

Meniscus Magazine – SDAFF Free Ticket Giveaway: Ending Oct. 31 at 11:59 p.m. PT, Meniscus readers can enter to win tickets to any screening at the 2012 SDAFF (with the exception of the closing film and any screening at the Cinepolis).
