Houston East End Chamber of Commerce Recognizes Phillips & Reiter – The Outsourced General Counsel as 2012 Business of the Year

Houston, TX, October 31, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Houston East End Chamber of Commerce has recognized Phillips & Reiter – The Outsourced General Counsel, a collection of veteran Texas attorneys, as the Chamber’s 2012 Business of the Year for its work to promote the Houston East End’s rich history and opportunities for economic development in the area.
