Raisecom Opens New Offices in Latin America
To support its activity in the Latin American market, Raisecom will open representative offices in Argentina, Colombia, Mexico and Costa Rica.
Beijing, China, November 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Raisecom Technology is glad to announce its expanded presence in Latin America with local offices opening in Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia, Brazil and Argentina.
In an effort to better serve the growth and expanded presence in Latin America, Raisecom Technology launches local offices to support partners and address the needs of existing and potential customers in the region. These offices will be placed in the major regions of Latin America including:
-San José, Costa Rica serving Central America, where Uwe Valiente will be in charge of Sales;
-Buenos Aires, Argentina serving Southern Cone (excluding Brazil) with Juan Pablo Romero in charge of Sales;
-Bogota, to serve Colombia, Venezuela and Ecuador with Leo Gu in charge of Sales.
- Mexico City, to serve the Mexican market with Frank Wang in charge of Sales
Raisecom also has a local office in São Paulo, Brazil that remains a separate division from the rest of Latin America with Franck Wang as the Sales representative.
New representative offices will provide a more localized support in the phases of pre-sales (prospecting, customer visits, presentations, design/configuration, RFQ/RFP, homologation) as well as post-sales (account management, layer-1 support) services and will serve in strengthening Raisecom brand, product positioning and customer relationships.
The direct reporting, management and Engineering/Sales/Marketing support of LatAm region will process through Raisecom USA headquarters in Florida, under the direction of Mr Frank Wang as Regional Director of Sales. Ms Michelle Ponnudurai, Director of Marketing for the Americas, will continue to work closely with partners on market strategy, product positioning, marketing communications and activities.
