Spaulding for Children Appoints New Board Members
Southfield, MI, November 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Spaulding for Children, a non-profit child welfare adoption and foster care agency has appointed Bruce A. Henderson, an Attorney of Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Michigan and David Graham, a Wealth Advisor of Merrill Lynch as members of the Board of Directors.
Henderson, from Belleville, is licensed to practice legal work in the State of Michigan, United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Court, and the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan. His attorney position consists of him negotiating and drafting agreements with various healthcare providers and business associates’ agreements in accordance with HIPAA, HITECH and other applicable statuses and regulations.
Graham, from Oak Park, wealth advisor position involves him reviewing clients’ accounts, meeting financial recommendations, and interviews to determine their current income, expenses, insurance coverage, and financial objectives to develop plans.
