Super Lawyers Magazine Recognizes Three Klemchuk Kubasta Attorneys
Klemchuk, Kubasta and Bates Selected to the Texas Super Lawyers List for 2012.

Kubasta and Shannon W. Bates were selected to the Texas Super Lawyers List in 2012, as published by Thompson Reuters. Joining their colleague and partner James E. Davis, a four-time recipient of the Super Lawyers designation, senior partners Darin Klemchuk and Kelly Kubasta were recognized for their work in IP litigation, and executive partner Shannon Bates was named for her intellectual property practice.
In addition to the Super Lawyers ranking, several of the firm’s attorneys have been named to the Texas list of “Rising Stars Under 40” over the years. To receive the annual designation, each year Super Lawyers uses a rigorous, multiphase process that includes independent research, peer nominations and evaluations to rank attorneys in more than 70 practice areas. To be included in the ranking, each candidate must successfully pass 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Once an independent evaluation has been completed, less than 2.5 percent of the attorneys being screened are ultimately recognized as a member of the Super Lawyers list.
