Popular Online Start-Up Company Expands in Madison
Cresa Madison represented UConnect in a relocation from their current premises at 1 East Main Street to 107 North Hamilton Street in downtown Madison. UConnect will occupy their new space on November 1, 2012.
Madison, WI, November 02, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Cresa Madison represented UConnect in a relocation from their current premises at 1 East Main Street to 107 North Hamilton Street in downtown Madison. UConnect will occupy their new space on November 1, 2012.
UConnect founded BadgerBites.com in 2009 at the University of Wisconsin. They have expanded to 13 campuses total with many more on the way. Their primary goal: to offer free and easy online ordering to college students and hungry people all over the map. UConnect has been working within the Gener8tor Incubator space for the past months and their new, independent location will consist of over 2,000 SF.
Cresa Madison was engaged by UConnect to find a location that could serve as the company’s headquarters and enable UConnect to continue their aggressive growth. “It was a pleasure working with Cresa,” said Matt Howard, Co-Founder of UConnect, “Cresa understood my company’s needs and exceeded all of our expectations.”
UConnect will use their new location to help increase staff and thereby increase the number of campuses they serve.
