Stefan Vogel brings more than fourteen years of experience as a Realtor®, real estate investor and landlord, all of which have provided him with the skills and experience to advise and support his clients with their real estate needs. A seasoned real estate investor, Mr. Vogel is also the principal of California Real Estate Investment Group, Inc., a company that specializes in residential real estate and investment properties. Dominique Vythelingum joins The Paul Kaplan Group as a newly-licensed Realtor® with more than fourteen years of experience in finance and hospitality. Previously Vythelingum spent ten years in the finance department at the Institute for Contemporary Studies and later served for four years as Manager at Inndulge Resort in Palm Springs. Vythelingum, a graduate of the Moody Institute in Chicago, holds a BA in Philosophy and is poised to bring a new technological edge to the company through the use of several time-saving applications that can help transactions run more smoothly. Vythelingum stated, “With these applications, an agent can complete an entire real estate transaction on a portable device, from start to finish." A native of the island of Mauritius, Vythelingum finds the desert climate very similar to his homeland and enjoys the desert lifestyle. A fan of architect John Lautner, Vythelingum also belongs to the Palm Springs Preservation Society.

Tracy Merrigan will be responsible for company’s social media networking and marketing management. Initially, she plans to expand the Group's social media marketing program in order to deepen the company’s reach and exposure. Merrigan's previous experience includes ten years as principal and creative director at Ursa Minor Productions and Tracy Merrigan Creative in Los Angeles. Merrigan got her start in social media at Secret Garden Properties where she was in charge of the management and marketing functions. Born and raised on the East Coast, Merrigan is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst with a BA in Art History. Her love of art carries over to mid-century modern architecture, stating, "Every home is unique and holds a beauty, no matter how small.
