HousingWire Names Texas Trust Mortgage Lending VP a Housing Giant

The HousingWire honor is the second one that Whitman has received this year for his contribution to the Texas mortgage industry. Earlier this year he was named a Five Star Mortgage Professional, one of 189 professionals out of 15,700 in north Texas to receive this award, based on an independent survey of home buyers.

Whitman has led Texas Trust's mortgage lending team since 2008. With more than 20 years experience, his leadership has been instrumental in establishing Texas Trust as one of the largest residential mortgage lenders in the Dallas-Fort Worth market. He is an active member of several industry associations, has spoken at various industry events and published a variety of articles about real estate finance and the mortgage industry. He also serves on the boards of various business and charitable organizations.
