Artlightenment 2012 will feature Curt Hahn of Nashville’s Film House.

Nashville, TN, November 07, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The 2012 Artlightenment Film and Art festival promises to be bigger and include more power players from within the arts industry than ever before. As such, Hahn knows the business well. He created “The Making of the Movie ‘Deadline’” which details the movie about murder, family, race and redemption.

The movie “Deadline,” inspired by a true story, is adapted from Mark Ethridge's novel Grievances, and is about the murder of an African American youth in rural Alabama that has gone uninvestigated, unsolved and unpunished for almost twenty years.

“The Making of the Movie ‘Deadline’” will be shown Saturday evening, Nov 10th, during the festival and Hahn will talk about it.

Other filmmakers at the Artlightenment Festival include Barry McAlister, Bayou Bennett, Bob Pondillo, Carla Christina Contreras, Casey Carroll, Chris Ranker, Daniel Lir, Gary Ravenscroft, Jennifer Bonior, Karen Lavender, Melissa Maxwell, Passion, Raeanne Rubenstein, Robyn Morshead, Sal Rinella, Verda Hardy and Warren Smythe.
