Real Estate Veteran Mike James Named President of Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties in Hawaii

Honolulu, HI, November 07, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, Hawaii's leading residential real estate brokerage company, announced today that Mike James, senior vice president with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the San Francisco Bay Area, has been named president of the Honolulu-based company.

In his new role, James will be in charge of strategic and long-range planning for Coldwell Banker Pacific Properties, as well as overseeing the daily operations of its five residential real estate brokerage sales offices, which include a sales force of more than 400 agents, and the company's commercial operations.

Prior to entering the real estate industry, James served in the Air Force and operated several small businesses in Southern California and Lake Tahoe. This experience helped him develop strong leadership and financial skills, which served him well as an agent, manager and executive.
