S. W. Betz Company, Inc. Announces Successful Project Conclusion with Wittenbach Business Systems
Baltimore, MD, November 09, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The S. W. Betz Company, Inc. (www.swbetz.com) has announced the successful project completion with Wittenbach Business Systems by surveying the company’s new warehouse and coming up with a custom solution to combine their two warehouses into one.
Wittenbach Business Systems, a supplier of equipment to the banking industry, is headquartered in Sparks, Maryland. Due to continued growth and expansion, Wittenbach Business Systems needed increased space to support their growing southern U.S. operation. As a result, they leased a new space in Orlando, Florida and combined a number of existing facilities into the new, expanded space. The client called on the S. W. Betz Company, a full line material handling distributor, to survey the new warehouse and come up with a custom solution to combine the two warehouses into one.
Because of the specialized equipment they handle, the layout for the new warehouse had to contain racking that was designed to accommodate special shapes and sizes. After several meetings with Wittenbach personnel, the staff at Betz was able to not only do a layout, but design the rack and shelving to enable Wittenbach to store and pick all their products with minimal effort.
