Frank, a well-known and experienced professional in the global scientific, technical, medical and scholarly publishing business, has been an advisor to the Board since 2008.

He is the former President, Publishing at SPi, a leading knowledge process outsourcing (KPO) services provider. He was the principal architect of the vision and strategy for dynamic growth in the publishing vertical of SPi from 1998 to 2007.
