Hollister Creative Wins Three Awards for Projects Employing Electronic Communications Technologies
Marketing and graphic design firm Hollister Creative has won international recognition for e-book and email marketing and communications.
Wynnewood, PA, November 10, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Projects for new clients in 2012 have earned Hollister Creative international honors for marketing and communications in the MarCom Awards competition for electronic and print media.
Hollister received two Gold Awards and one Honorable Mention in this year’s competition, which drew more than 6,000 entries from marketing and communications professionals around the world, the MarCom competition announced.
All three award-winning projects employed electronic communications technologies for newsletters targeting clients, employees or both.
An e-newsletter created for Innovative Print & Media Group of Phoenixville, Pa., won a MarCom Gold Award in the E-Communications/E-Newsletter category, and a hybrid print/electronic newsletter created for the Drexel University College of Medicine won a Gold Award in the Employee Publication/Internal Newsletter category.
An electronic newsletter created for the Resource Residential real estate company of Philadelphia received Honorable Mention honors in the Employee Publication/Internal Newsletter category.
The Innovative e-newsletter, “INNsights,” is distributed nationally to clients and prospective clients of the print, media and communications company.
The Drexel Medicine newsletter, “Pulse,” is distributed as both a print and e-book publication to alumni, students, faculty and supporters of the Philadelphia medical school.
The Resource Residential e-newsletter, “The Home Team,” is distributed to employees in the 14 states in which the company owns and manages apartment communities.
For each project, Hollister Creative served as a consultant in developing the name, branding and content categories for the publications, as well as providing writing or graphic design support.
The MarCom creative awards competition recognizes outstanding achievement by marketing and communications professionals in the United States, Canada and other countries. Entries come from media conglomerates, Fortune 500 companies, national public relations organizations and local businesses.
Businesses include marketing and communications firms, advertising agencies, public relations firms, graphic design firms, production companies and freelancers.
Administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, the competition has grown to one of the largest of its kind in the world.
Judges are industry professionals who look for companies and individuals “whose talents exceed a high standard of excellence and whose work serves as a benchmark for the industry.”
Hollister Creative has been honored 63 times in national or international awards competitions in the last five years.
Just last month Hollister earned honors for website creation in the International Davey Awards competition and received four awards in the National Mature Media Awards competition for publications serving senior citizens.
