Boston Scientific announces a definitive agreement to acquire Vessix Vascular, Inc.
San Diego, CA, November 10, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Christopher Weil & Company, Inc. (CWC), a financial services firm that services clients nationwide, today announced that its private equity fund, CWC MedDev LLC, which provided early financing for Vessix Vascular, Inc., will be acquired by Boston Scientific by the end of this month.
