Kenzington's Kloset and The UPS Store to Open at Parks Legado Town Center

Odessa, TX, November 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Kenzington’s Kloset and The UPS Store will open in Parks Legado Town Center early next year. They will join a strong lineup of tenants, including Aim Bank, Cork and Pig Tavern, The Egg and I Restaurant, Press Cafe, Joe James Salon and Day Spa, Marble Slab Creamery, Whitehouse Meat Market and Nutrition Bunker. Phase 1 of the town center is 95 percent leased and the 120-room Residence Inn by Marriott opens in Spring 2013.

Kenzington's Kloset offers infant and children’s high-end fashion apparel and exclusive accessories including chic boutique brands such as Persnickety and Haute Baby, as well as new lines from Hawaii and Australia. In addition, the store features cribs, cradles, changers, armoires and furniture by Bratt Decor, a design leader favored by Hollywood stars such as Jewel, Cake Boss, and Jessica Simpson.

Inspired by the birth of their daughter, Kenzington, earlier this year, owners Danny and Dusty Vaughan started planning the business during Dusty’s maternity leave and were looking for the ideal place to open their boutique.

"Parks Legado is the perfect place for Kenzington’s Kloset because of its family oriented atmosphere where shoppers expect to find quality clothing and merchandise," said Mrs. Vaughan. "Kenzington’s Kloset will be a fun shopping experience offering a kid’s corner with television and toys to help engage children, while their parents shop for monogrammed and embroidery designed items, custom hand-painted art, boutique clothing brands and furniture," she added.

The UPS Store is the second Odessa location for owners Toby and Crystal Kiker and provides packaging and shipping, mailbox and printing services, passport and photo ID services, computer and faxing support.

"We chose Parks Legado Town Center for its convenient location and easy access," said Mr. Kiker. "We'll be right in the middle of Odessa's growth corridor on Highway 191 and surrounded by the area's newest neighborhoods, apartment communities and hotels."

Parks Legado Town Center is a 68-acre upscale, mixed-use city center located in the heart of the Permian Basin and named for the legacy of the Parks Family, early West Texas pioneers who once owned the land.

"Parks Legado was conceived as the gathering place for the community," said Parks Legado developer Collin Sewell. "Kenzington's Kloset and The UPS Store will support our commitment to create quality amenities for our citizens and serve the needs of West Texans."

The Parks Legado development team, including Mr. Sewell and Dallas-based developer Epperson Company, designed the town center with a focus on enduring quality with a hometown feel.

"We are excited about this great lineup of tenants that will anchor Odessa's newest dining and entertainment destination," noted Don Epperson, President of Epperson Company. "We are currently pre-leasing Phase 2 and selling sites to more businesses that will join our three hotels, four restaurants, and a variety of shops."
