Fisher & Phillips Dallas Office Expands with the Addition of J. David Giddens

Dallas, TX, November 11, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Dallas office of national labor and employment law firm Fisher & Phillips LLP announced today the addition of J. David Giddens as an associate.

Giddens has more than six years of experience handling a wide range of education labor and employment issues including advising Boards of Trustees and Administration on state and federal law, grievances, student and personnel issues, contracts, and policies. Giddens also has handled litigation regarding the non-renewal and termination of contract employees as well as claims of alleged discrimination before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Before coming to Fisher & Phillips, Giddens practiced law with a public education and governmental law firm in Dallas.

Giddens received his B.B.A. from Texas Christian University and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law. He is licensed to practice in Texas and is admitted to the Supreme Court of Texas and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He is also affiliated with the Dallas Bar Association and the Council of School Attorneys.
