Papouli’s Greek Grill Director of Leadership Recognized for Commitment to Restaurant
Papouli’s Greek Grill Director of Leadership Alex Moseley celebrates his five-year anniversary with company.
San Antonio, TX, November 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Papouli’s Greek Grill announced today that its Director of Leadership & People Development and Director of Catering & Special Events, Alex Mosley, has surpassed the five-year mark with the company. Mosley is recognized as a leader in the food and beverage industry, and began work with the Mediterranean eatery in 2007 as a Restaurant Leader. His rapid progression to Operating Manager was due to his consistent excellence and his commitment to the fast-growing restaurant.
Papouli’s owner, Nick Anthony, expressed his high regard for Moseley.
“Papouli’s opened for business in 2003,” said Anthony. “And since then, I have learned a great number of things, the number one thing is to always look for and work hard to keep great people. Alex and his commitment to our goals should be celebrated, especially as he enters his fifth year with us. Words do not express how incredible this man is.”
Before his hiring at Papouli’s, Moseley worked with seafood restaurant Sea Island and Long Horn Café for seven years. He has helped organize catering events, develop new menu items and oversee charity events. Moseley says his dedication to the Papouli’s brand is born of his love of the food industry, and of course, people.
“The past five years have been full of exciting surprises,” said Moseley. “I’ve enjoyed having the ability to teach people about restaurant management and help them achieve their goals. This position allows me to be creative with the dishes we create for our guests. It also allows me to use my experience in the industry to help our team grow. It’s been an honor to serve our guests for the last five years. I can’t wait to see what the next five hold for us!”
