FPT Corporation to Open new Europe Headquarters in Germany

Frankfurt, Germany, November 14, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The No. 1 IT Company from Vietnam - FPT Corporation today announced the Europe opening of its software outsourcing operations in Germany, led by FPT Europe GmBH's Managing Director - Uwe Schlager.

“It is a strategic move for our business in Europe, especially in Germany as the European largest economy with around 3 million small and medium enterprises. Last year, FPT Corporation achieved 1,2 billion USD in revenue, with around 14,000 employees among which about 7,500 are in the software outsourcing and system integration business. Uwe began his career with Daimler AG in 1988 and since then, he has held a series of leadership roles in various functions including employee development and training, IT infrastructure planning and operations. He also played a key role in the implementation of major SAP projects and IT controlling, rising to General Manager IT-Infrastructure in Daimler AG for the regions Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa. After that Uwe Schlager was Managing Director of T-Systems in Singapore and India, the global integrated IT and network services provider of Deutsche Telekom Group.
