Pritchard has been named to the first-ever Bucks County Forty Under 40, a list of up-and-coming executives representing legal, finance, education and other professions. Pritchard practices family law. She works in all phases of negotiation and litigation of domestic relations cases, including divorce, child custody, alimony/spousal support, equitable distribution and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. As a trained parent coordinator, she manages high-conflict custody cases, working with parents to arbitrate ongoing child-related disputes.

Having previously served as the assistant solicitor for the Bucks County Department of Mental Health and Developmental Programs, Pritchard also served as a member of the Bucks County Mental Health and Developmental Programs Advisory Board. She is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Lenape Valley Foundation.

As a member of the Bucks County Bar Association, Pritchard serves as co-chair of the Family Law Section and is a member of the Bench Bar Conference Committee. She also provides pro bono family law services to disadvantaged members of the local community and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Family Law Section.

Since 2006, Pritchard has been consistently recognized by Thomson Reuters as a “Pennsylvania Rising Star®,” published in Philadelphia Magazine and Law and Politics Magazine, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers® “Rising Stars” editions.
