The Chef’s Academy Appoints New Campus Librarian
Culinary Institute Expands Its Staff with the Hiring of Emily Shotick.
Raleigh, NC, November 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The Chef’s Academy (http://www.thechefsacademy.com), the Culinary Division of Harrison College, a 110-year-old, nationally accredited institution that offers 40 degree programs in five schools of study, has announced that Emily Shotick has been hired as the librarian for the school’s campus in Morrisville, N.C. In this position, Shotick serves as a research and information resource for The Chef’s Academy’s students, and is responsible for managing and overseeing the school’s library system. Furthermore, she assists students with their adjustment to academic life and helps to refine their research, computer and writing skills. Prior to joining The Chef’s Academy, Shotick served as the learning resource center assistant to the librarians at the Harrison College campus in downtown Indianapolis.
