First of Sussex Toastmasters Presents Public Speaking Awards

Sparta, NJ, November 18, 2012 --(PR.com)-- On Tuesday, November 13, 2012, First of Sussex Toastmasters President Deborah Hollinrake presented blue ribbon awards to her club’s best speakers. Club members Fred Van Keuren and Sara Megletti tied for best speaker, the best evaluator award went to Jackie Crosby and Tom Burke received the best table topics speaker award.

First of Sussex Toastmasters is a local chapter of Toastmasters International, a non-profit public speaking and leadership development organization dedicated to providing leadership and public speaking training and experience to Toastmaster members worldwide.

First of Sussex Toastmasters club supports its members in attaining their leadership and public speaking goals by offering speaking and leadership opportunities, awards, constructive feedback and mentorship, and communication and leadership education manuals.

The public is invited to attend a First of Sussex Toastmasters meeting as a guest to see how Toastmasters teaches us to think, speak and listen more effectively.
