Skyline Realty Announces Launch of Their Community Aid Project

Cambridge, MA, July 19, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Skyline Realty, a full service real estate firm in the Greater Boston Area, is pleased to announce the launched of the Community Aid Project (CAP) which is focused on driving charitable funds and support to local non-profit organizations which directly serve and impact our communities.

Skyline Realty, specifically the team of David and Alex, is committed to contributing $500 from each referral transaction directly to the client’s organization of choice. “The program is simple” says Alex Haidar, Principal Broker at Skyline Realty, “Any partner organization who refers a buyer or seller to us directly will receive $500 donation in that client’s name immediately after the real estate transaction is completed.”

Skyline plans to seamlessly market the CAP program through the already established communication tools that already exist at the partner organization. This will create maximum exposure for the program while requiring minimal effort for the partner organization.

This program is in addition to Skyline Realty’s already established rebate program where the buyer receives $500 directly from Skyline in the form of a rebate upon completion of the transaction as a “Thank You” for working with them. “This is truly a win-win situation” says David Gontaruk, Realtor at Skyline Realty, “not only does your organization receive a donation for the referral but the person you refer receives a rebate for the same amount.
