Sunrise Wines Hosts International Wine Tasting Dinner at The Matthews House
Local Wine Importer Invites Public to Experience Italian-Inspired Selections During November Event
Cary, NC, November 21, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Manuel Magnani, founder of Sunrise Wines (http://www.sunrisewine.com), an importer of fine Italian wines, has announced the company will host an internationally-inspired wine dinner with The Matthews House, a venue for corporate and social engagements, wedding ceremonies and receptions located at 317 W. - First Course – Seared scallops in saffron cream sauce, shaved fennel and radicchio salad, Alovini Terra degli Eventi Bianco
- Second Course – Chicken breast with sun-dried tomato pesto, L’Armangia Barbera d’Asti Sopra Berruti
- Third Course – Veal saltimbocca, Alovini Cabanico
- Fourth Course – Pear and almond tart with white chocolate and ginger sabayon, L’Armangia Moscato
