Woodside Health Acquires Creekside Professional Building in College Station, Texas
Medical office building acquisition and management firm buys a medical office building near Texas A&M University in Texas.
Cleveland, OH, November 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Woodside Health announces the acquisition of Creekside Professional Building, a medical office building in College Station, Texas, located at 2803 Earl Rudder Freeway, a few miles from Texas A&M University.
Built in 2008, the 19,000 square foot building just underwent significant interior remodeling for St. Joseph Health System, a leading hospital and healthcare organization in Central Texas. St. Joseph entered into a new lease for about 90% of the office space, with a family practice physician using the remainder of the space.
“We’re thrilled that St. Joseph made a long-term commitment to this building and area, and we look to serve them and all of our other tenants for years to come,” said Ben Sheridan, Woodside Health Principal. “This building was already beautiful, but after the renovation, it’s now spectacular,” he added.
The acquisition follows Woodside Health’s purchase of Jetton Medical Park in Cornelius, North Carolina, near Charlotte and Lake Norman; Rockwall Medical, a medical office building in Rockwall, Texas, a thriving community near Dallas; and Kingwood Executive Center, a medical office complex in Kingwood, Texas, just north of Houston. The real estate acquisition and management firm is also in active conversations to acquire other medical office buildings in North Carolina, Ohio, and Texas.
