Gold’s Gym Raises the Bar with Les Mills
Tampa, FL, November 26, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Addressing the demand for Les Mills fitness classes, Gold’s Gym Tampa has begun integrating the popular group exercise classes into the forty they offer weekly. Beginning this week, seven Les Mills fitness routines will be available to members.
Developed in New Zealand, the Les Mills range of exercise-to-music programs is fast becoming one of the world’s most popular ways to keep fit. All the choreography is developed in conjunction with health experts to ensure the moves are safe, and classes are updated every three months so participants stay inspired. Five million people a week now take part in Les Mills programs in 12,000 clubs in more than 70 countries around the world.
Gold’s Gym has fully qualified Les Mills instructors offering guidance on the correct lifting techniques throughout the class, with people of all levels of fitness exercising together, setting their own workout depending on the weight they add to the barbell. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45 to 60-minute workout.
Owner Ed Bogacki adds “The classes are incredibly motivating, with dynamic music and an instructor giving constant encouragement and feedback throughout the session. The classes are always easy to follow too, with no complicated choreographed moves, so there is no danger of feeling lost or self-conscious.”
Body Pump is just one of seven Les Mills programs offered at Gold’s Gym Tampa. Others include Body Attack (high-energy cardio), Body Combat (martial arts), Body Step (step aerobics), and Body Vive (low impact cardio and resistance training). Members are already reporting that they love the combination of uplifting music and specially trained, motivating instructors in the classes – not to mention the fact that they get great results!
Established in 1988, Gold’s Gym is a locally owned and operated facility. Just two months ago, owners invested $150,000 in state of the art equipment and improvements to the facility, including free weights, Cross Fit, spin bikes, free motion machines, and a new group fitness floor. Conveniently located at the corner of Waters and Dale Mabry Highway, they are offering a free seven day gym pass for people interested in previewing the fitness centre.
