Charlotte Attorney to Serve as National Chair for United Cerebral Palsy Board of Trustees
Essex Richards, P.A. attorney Edward G. (“Woody”) Connette has been selected to chair the national Board of Trustees for United Cerebral Palsy (UCP). For more than 60 years, United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) has been educating, advocating and providing support services through nearly 100 affiliates to more than 176,000 people with a spectrum of disabilities through a nationwide affiliate network to ensure a “life without limits”.
Charlotte, NC, November 22, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Edward G. (“Woody”) Connette has been selected to chair the national Board of Trustees for United Cerebral Palsy (UCP).

For more than 60 years, United Cerebral Palsy (UCP) has been educating, advocating and providing support services through nearly 100 affiliates to more than 176,000 people with a spectrum of disabilities through a nationwide affiliate network to ensure a “life without limits”. With 18 members, including four officers, the Board of Trustees is a diverse and active group that plays a critical role at UCP, helping to guide the organization and its efforts to move UCP forward toward its goal to advance the independence, productivity and full citizenship of people with disabilities by supporting children and adults every day.
