Eileen Schuh Celebrates Release of Fourth Book
What happens when a young girl is finally extricated from a biker gang?
St. Paul, Canada, November 28, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Eileen Schuh is celebrating the release of Fatal Error sequel to The Traz. This second installment in Schuh’s BackTracker series is about Katrina – a young runaway girl who ends up with a biker gang. In Fatal Error, the troubled but gifted teen struggles with her bad decisions which continue to have consequences for her and the police officers involved in getting her out of the gang’s clutches.
Fatal Error takes the reader through the social, emotional, and legal aftermath of the horrific year the characters experienced together with The Traz biker gang. Nothing can be forgotten and much must be forgiven before they will be free from their experience; one fatal error, and someone dies.
“In Fatal Error, Schuh creates a compassionate tale of human behavior and consequences. Writing with her trademark depth and intelligence, she draws us into the compelling world of teen-runaway Katrina Buckhold.” - Donna Carrick, award-winning author of The First Excellence
About the Author:
Schuh is the author of four published books: The Traz, The Traz School Edition, Schrodinger’s Cat, and now Fatal Error.
When asked where the idea for her Backtracker series came from, Eileen explains, “It was a dark and lonely time in my life when she came to me…a tiny girl on a ridge, lying on her belly, watching danger unfold in the valley below. Listening.
“Each night, night after night, as I lay down to sleep, she came to me. Afraid. Excited. Alone. There came a night when I could stand it no longer; I needed to know who that young girl was. I flicked on the lights, made my way to my laptop and began writing the story that she was trying to tell me. Katrina’s life unfolded, novel after novel after novel... And thus there came to be The BackTracker series.”
Born and raised in Tofield, Alberta and with ties to Edmonton and Strathcona County, Eileen Schuh now lives with her husband near St. Paul, Alberta, Canada.
Schuh recently retired from a life of careers that varied from psychiatric nurse to journalist to editor to businesswoman. She remains active in her adopted community of St. Paul and is surrounded by the love and loyalty of family, friends and fans—virtual, imaginary, and real.
Upcoming community events:
