Atlanta Printer Dominates Print Excellence Competition
Trade printer Scott Lithographing swept the Print Excellence Competition at the 2012 Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia (PIAG) Celebration of Print Gala, winning every category they entered.
Atlanta, GA, November 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Trade printer Scott Lithographing swept the Print Excellence Competition at the 2012 Printing & Imaging Association of Georgia (PIAG) Celebration of Print Gala, winning every category they entered. In addition to the 17 Best of Category and Award of Excellence awards, the company was also awarded the prestigious Top Notch Award which reflects overall excellence in printing processes.
The annual Print Excellence Competition allows the print industry to showcase its best work. More than 500 entries are judged based on a variety of criteria ranging from neatness and clarity to difficulty of printing.
Established in 1966, Scott Lithographing has a long history of excellence in printing. “The PIAG is one of the biggest printing associations in the U.S., which means the competition is always pretty significant,” said Product Supervisor, Chad Scott. “Most of our staff has been here for 25 plus years and they know what they’re doing. It really shows through with these awards.”
Several of the company’s entries came to fruition thanks to their new website and online ordering and management system, which was launched in early 2012. “From online estimating to ordering and proofing, the new website has really streamlined our workflow,” said Scott. “Customers can still pick up the phone and take advantage of our well-known customer service, but the new system gives them the best of both worlds.”
With more than 300 years combined experience, Scott Lithographing is known as the printer’s printer—working with other printers, brokers and designers to deliver quality, personal service and confidentiality in every printing job.
