Phoenix, AZ, November 29, 2012 --(PR.com)-- The 11th Annual Operation Santa Claus giving campaign is officially in full swing. Sanderson Ford in Phoenix, AZ has partnered will ABC15 to give children in need the Christmas every child deserves.
The Sanderson Ford family began giving to the campaign 11 years ago when Operation Santa Claus was in its first year, and it has never been more important to give back than it is today.
“The problem of meeting the needs of the less fortunate has become even more challenging given the current economic situation,” said Max Sirstins of Sanderson Ford and Sanderson Lincoln. “More families than ever before are seeking assistance and support from human service organizations struggling to meet the demand. We want to make a big difference and help as many people as possible through Operation Santa Claus.”
By donating a new unwrapped toy, children’s clothing item, packaged food or monetary donation, participants will help a number of local charities, including St. Mary's Food Bank Alliance, Phoenix Children's Hospital, The Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center and Military Assistance Mission Arizona.
Those who donate will not only have the satisfaction of helping those less fortunate, but they will also be given the opportunity to win a brand new Ford F-150 Super Crew EcoBoost or the all-new 2013 Lincoln MKZ. Each donation earns an opportunity to be one of 15 finalists to win one of the new vehicles.
Each of the 15 finalists will be awarded a $100 Visa Gift Card and a key that could start one of the new vehicles. Three keys will be drawn a day every starting Wednesday, November 21 and ending on December 19 on Sonoran Living live on ABC 15. The key winners will try their keys live on ABC 15 on December 20 to see who wins their choice of a new Ford F-150 Super Crew EcoBoost or the all-new 2013 Lincoln MKZ.
