Transaction Publishers Appoints New Editor for Organization and Business Series
Piscataway, NJ, December 01, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Transaction Publishers, a major independent publisher of social science books, announces the appointment of Professor David Shulman of Lafayette College as the new editor of the Organization and Business book series. Professor Shulman plans to expand the series with a forthcoming edition expected for publication in fall/winter 2013.
The Organization and Business series seeks manuscripts that contribute in creative ways to the scholarly study of organizations and business. The series welcomes interdisciplinary work from across the social sciences and humanities on a wide range of topics, including:

David Shulman is Professor and Head of the Anthropology and Sociology Department at Lafayette College. He served as the Work and Organizations Section Editor for Sociology Compass and participated in the Visiting Professor Program with the Advertising Education Foundation. He is the author of From Hire to Liar: The Role of Deception in the Workplace.
