The Douglas Company Begins Renovations on Bellefontaine Manor

Bellefontaine, OH, December 02, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Toledo, Ohio based general contractor, The Douglas Company, recently began extensive renovations on Bellefontaine Manor, a senior affordable housing facility located in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

Construction renovations totaling 25,000 square feet and comprised of five resident buildings and one community center will breathe new life into the existing facility. A total of 40 units will receive a face lift consisting of upgraded appliances, barrier free baths and kitchens, and efficient windows and exterior doors.

Owned by Buckeye Community Twenty-Five, L.P., the Bellefontaine Manor renovation project has a contract value of $2.48 million and an anticipated completion date of February, 2013.
