Farr Law Firm Announces New Associate Fletcher H. Rush
Farr Law Firm is pleased to announce the addition of Fletcher H. Rush as a new associate to the firm. Mr. Rush will be part of our growing trusts and estates team. He will begin practicing at the Farr Law Firm during the summer of 2013 out of their Punta Gorda office.
Punta Gorda, FL, December 05, 2012 --(PR.com)-- Farr, Farr, Emerich, Hackett and Carr, P.A. is pleased to announce the addition of Fletcher H. Rush as a new associate to the firm. Mr. Rush was sworn in to The Florida Bar by The Honorable Anne C. Conway, Chief Judge, United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, on October 2, 2012.
Mr. Rush received his Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, cum laude, in Economics from the University of Florida, Warrington College of Business. While attending law school, he was honored as a recipient of the Book Award, Advanced Estate Planning in the fall of 2011. He is currently enrolled in the Florida Tax Masters of Laws program at the University of Florida. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rush worked at the Farr Law Firm as a summer clerk in 2012.
From a young age, Mr. Rush knew he wanted to practice law using his grandfather Fletcher G. Rush as inspiration. "I saw how much my grandfather enjoyed his profession, and I’ve been interested ever since," said Mr. Rush. His grandfather practiced law in Orlando, Florida and served as The Florida Bar president in the mid 1960s.
“We look forward to Fletcher joining our team of attorneys. His strong academic credentials and advanced training in tax law will add additional value to our estate planning and business practice groups,” commented managing partner, David A. Holmes.
Mr. Rush will be part of our growing trusts and estates team. In the summer of 2013, Mr. Rush will begin practicing at the Farr Law Firm where he will focus on estate planning and trust administration out of our Punta Gorda office.
